Stop waiting 6 months to fill engineering roles. We embed senior developers, designers, QA engineers, and DevOps specialists directly into your team — same standups, same Slack, same sprint board. Full-time dedication to your product, with the flexibility to scale up or down as your roadmap demands.
Your roadmap requires 5 engineers. Your recruiting pipeline says that’ll take 8 months and $120,000 in recruiting fees. We assemble a vetted team in 2 weeks. No job postings. No interview cycles. No signing bonuses that vest over 4 years.
ML engineers, DevOps specialists, React Native developers, data engineers — niche skills are expensive and scarce in Western markets. We have deep bench strength across these specializations in Dhaka.
Permanent hires don’t flex. We do. Add 3 engineers for a 6-month push, then scale back to 1. No layoffs, no severance, no guilt.
We hear this often. Most offshore failures come from three things: no senior oversight, no cultural alignment, and the “throw it over the wall” model. Our augmentation model eliminates all three — your extended team operates inside your processes, managed by technical leads who understand Western work culture.

There’s a critical difference between outsourcing work and augmenting your team.
Outsourcing: You hand off a spec, wait for delivery, and hope for the best. Communication is project manager to project manager. The developers never talk to your team.
Augmentation (our model): Our engineers join your Slack channels, attend your standups, pick up tickets from your Jira board, submit PRs in your GitHub repos, and get reviewed by your tech lead. They are functionally part of your team — they just happen to be in Dhaka.
Every augmented engineer is backed by a Gigabit technical lead who handles performance management, professional development, and infrastructure (hardware, office, internet, benefits). You manage the work. We manage the people.
This means you get the output of a senior engineer without the overhead of recruiting, onboarding, HR, equipment, and benefits administration.
Full-stack, frontend, and backend engineers across all major stacks. Our engineers have 3–10+ years of experience shipping production software for SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, and enterprise products.
Stacks: React, Next.js, Vue, Angular, Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, Go, Java, .NET, TypeScript
iOS and Android specialists, plus cross-platform engineers for React Native and Flutter. Our mobile developers have shipped apps with millions of downloads.
Platforms: React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, iOS, Android
Infrastructure engineers who build and maintain your cloud environment, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployment systems.
Expertise: AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Datadog, PagerDuty
Manual and automated testing specialists who catch bugs before your users do. Our QA engineers write test plans, build automation frameworks, and integrate quality into your CI/CD pipeline.
Expertise: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Jest, Pytest, Postman, load testing, security testing
Specialists in data pipelines, warehouses, and analytics infrastructure. They build the plumbing that turns raw data into business intelligence.
Expertise: Python, SQL, dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, Airflow, Kafka, Spark
Machine learning engineers who build and deploy models, LLM integrations, and AI-powered features in production environments.
Expertise: PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, OpenAI, Hugging Face, MLflow, vector databases
UX/UI designers who work embedded in engineering sprints, designing 1–2 sprints ahead and iterating based on real user behavior.
Expertise: Figma, user research, design systems, prototyping, usability testing
You tell us what you need: role, seniority, tech stack, team culture, work hours. We match against our bench and pre-screened talent pool.
We present 2–3 pre-vetted candidates with portfolios, technical assessments, and video introductions. You interview them — same as you would a full-time hire.
You select your team member. We handle contracts, equipment, and logistics. Your new engineer gets access to your tools and codebases.
Your augmented engineer starts contributing. They attend standups, review the codebase, set up their dev environment, and pick up their first tickets. Our tech lead checks in daily during the first two weeks.
By the end of week two, your augmented engineer is operating at full capacity within your sprint cadence. Our tech lead continues weekly check-ins to ensure quality and alignment.

| Data Engineer | $3,500–$5,500/month |

Rates vary based on specialization, seniority, and engagement length. Minimum engagement: 3 months.
Comparison: A senior full-stack engineer in the US costs $150,000–$200,000/year in salary alone — plus $30,000–$50,000 in benefits, equipment, and overhead. That’s $15,000–$21,000/month fully loaded. A senior Gigabit engineer at $5,000/month represents a 67–76% cost reduction with comparable output.
Every Gigabit engineer goes through a 4-stage process: resume and portfolio review, technical assessment (live coding + system design), cultural fit interview, and a 2-week probation period on their first project. Our acceptance rate is approximately 8%.
By default, our engineers work Dhaka hours (UTC+6, 9 AM–6 PM). For US clients, we offer shifted schedules with 4–6 hours of overlap with US Eastern time. For European clients, we have near-full overlap with CET/BST.
We replace them within 2 weeks at no additional cost. Our replacement guarantee applies throughout the engagement. We also proactively monitor performance through our tech lead oversight system.
Yes. After 12 months of augmentation, you can extend a permanent offer to any Gigabit engineer. We charge a one-time transition fee (typically 2 months’ rate) to cover recruiting and replacement costs.
Marketplaces match you with freelancers. We provide managed teams. The difference: our engineers are full-time Gigabit employees working from our Dhaka office with technical oversight, performance management, and infrastructure support. You get enterprise-grade reliability, not gig-economy variability.
One engineer. Many clients start with a single senior engineer and scale up as trust builds. There’s no minimum team size requirement.
Yes. We offer a 2-week trial period for new engagements. If you’re not satisfied with the engineer’s fit within the first 2 weeks, you can end the engagement with no further obligation.
Tell us what you need — role, stack, seniority — and we’ll present vetted candidates within 5 business days. No commitment until you’ve met the engineers and decided they’re right.
