Gigabit for Gyms & Studios/Personal training studio marketing
For personal training and strength studios

Marketing for personal training studios, from first message to package.

People who want a trainer usually ask two or three studios at once and book with whoever answers first. Gigabit answers every inquiry inside a minute, books a consult on your trainers' calendars and tells you each month how many became clients.

A personal training client is a bigger decision

Someone looking for a trainer is about to spend $300 or more a month, often for the first time. They want to know who they will train with, what it costs and when they can start. They ask several studios, and the studio that answers clearly and quickly gets the consult.

That makes the reply the most important moment in your marketing. When KeepMe mystery-shopped 45 fitness brands, 58% of email inquiries and 61% of Facebook messages got no reply at all. A studio that answers inside a minute, with consult times, is already ahead of most of its competitors before anyone has met a trainer.

What we run for a personal training studio

  • Replies inside a minute, day and night. Every web form, message, email and missed call gets an answer in your studio’s voice, with consult times and a booking link. Anyone can ask for a person.
  • Consults booked on the right calendar. The reply offers times across your trainers, or with the trainer someone asked for, and the booking goes into your own software.
  • Consult to package. After each consult, the client gets the package recommendation in writing and a follow-up if they haven’t decided, so a good consult doesn’t go quiet.
  • Clients kept on track. Your trainers hear when a client misses sessions, a card fails or a package is about to run out, in time to renew rather than replace them.
  • Found for “personal trainer near me”. On Growth, a site you own with a page for each kind of training you offer and each neighborhood you serve.

Consults, not trials; packages, not memberships

Most gym marketing is built for memberships and free trials. A PT studio sells differently: a consult, then a package of sessions, then a renewal. Our replies, booking flow and monthly report follow those steps, so you see inquiries, consults booked, packages sold and renewals, rather than a count of “leads”.

It also means no six-week challenges. A challenge brings in people looking for a deal and leaves your trainers selling against a discount. A clear consult offer, answered fast, brings in people ready to pay for coaching.

What you see each month

One report in plain numbers: inquiries by channel, how fast each was answered, consults booked, packages sold, renewals, and what each new client cost you once our fee and any ad spend are counted. We never promise a number of clients; the report shows what happened.

What one lost consult is worth

A client on a package of $288 to $360 a month who stays a year is worth $3,456 to $4,320 to your studio, before any add-ons. A consult lost to a slow reply is that, not one session.

Run it with your own numbers in the missed-inquiry calculator, or see what changed for a real club in the ONE Boulder Fitness case study.

FAQ

Questions owners ask

Do you work with independent trainers or only studios?

Studios: a personal training or small-group strength studio with its own space and a team of trainers, or a club with a large personal training line. A solo trainer is usually better served by a simpler setup than ours.

Can replies book straight into each trainer's calendar?

Yes, when your booking software holds the trainers' calendars. The reply offers consult times across the team, or with a named trainer if the person asked for one, and the booking lands in your own system.

Do you offer free sessions to bring people in?

We set up whatever first step you sell. Most PT studios do best with a consult, free or paid, that ends in a package recommendation. We don't run discount challenges.

We have two locations. Which plan fits?

Multi-site: $1,599 a month for the first location and $450 for each extra one, with cost per new client reported by location. Book a call and we'll set it up.
