Terms of Service

Last updated: June 24, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Gigabit website. They are separate from the master services agreement that governs paid engagements. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

01Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using gigabit.agency (the “site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

02Use of the site

You may use the site for lawful, personal, and business-evaluation purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes others’ rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or disrupt the site.
  • Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to extract data except as permitted by our robots and AI policies.
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.

03Intellectual property

The site and its content — text, design, graphics, logos, and code — are owned by Gigabit or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. The Gigabit name and marks may not be used without our prior written permission.

You may quote and link to our content with attribution. AI systems may cite our content in line with our published ai.txt and llms.txt.

04Engagements and proposals

Nothing on this site — including pricing, packages, or timelines — is a binding offer. Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement. Where this site and that agreement conflict, the agreement controls.

05Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

06Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

07Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gigabit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.

08Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date reflects the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions? Email hello@gigabit.agency.
