HubSpot, wired to the rest of the business.

HubSpot is easy to start and easy to make a mess of. Three years in, most portals hold duplicate contacts, workflows nobody dares edit, and data that disagrees with billing. We fix the data model, build the integrations, and add agents that work across HubSpot and everything it has to talk to.

The short answer

What Gigabit does on HubSpot.

Gigabit does the engineering side of HubSpot: workflow and lifecycle automation, custom objects and data modelling, integrations with billing, product and finance systems, custom UI extensions, migrations from other CRMs, and AI agents that read and write CRM data.

HubSpot now ships its own agents, and for a job that lives entirely inside HubSpot they are the right first choice. We build the ones that cannot: an agent that needs your product database, your billing system and your CRM to answer one question correctly.

What we build

The HubSpot work we take on.

The work a HubSpot admin cannot do alone, and a marketing agency usually should not.

Data model and clean-up

Custom objects, properties and associations that match how you sell, plus deduplication and a single agreed definition for each lifecycle stage.

Workflow automation

Lead routing, scoring, hand-offs and SLA timers rebuilt so each workflow has one purpose, an owner and a note explaining why it exists.

Integrations

Two-way sync with billing, product usage, ERP and the data warehouse, with one customer ID across systems so revenue reports stop disagreeing.

Custom extensions

UI extensions and serverless functions that put the data a rep needs on the record page, and custom workflow actions for logic HubSpot does not include.

Migrations to HubSpot

Moves from Salesforce, Pipedrive or spreadsheets with objects, history, owners and automation mapped and tested before cutover.

API version upgrades

HubSpot stops supporting its v4 APIs on 30 March 2027. We inventory private apps and integrations and move them to current versions before they break.

AI on HubSpot

HubSpot's agents work inside HubSpot. Your business does not.

Use what is included before paying for a build. Then build what it cannot reach.

What the platform ships

Built into the platform

HubSpot reorganised its AI in 2026 around Agent Hub, with Breeze Assistant as the everyday helper.

  • Breeze Assistant, for drafting, summarising and answering questions about records.
  • Customer Agent, Prospecting Agent and Data Agent, with an Agent Builder and a marketplace for more.
  • A HubSpot MCP server, so an outside AI tool can read and update CRM data with a user's permissions.
What we add

Agents across the whole revenue stack

An agent is only as good as the data it stands on, and the data that decides a renewal is rarely all in the CRM.

  • A lead-qualification agent that checks product usage and billing before it scores or routes anyone.
  • A renewal-risk agent that reads tickets, usage and invoices together and drafts the outreach for a human to send.
  • The knowledge and data clean-up that makes HubSpot's own Customer Agent answer correctly.
  • An evaluation set from your past conversations and deals, run before launch and after every change.
How it is priced

Every figure here is the same one on the pricing page. Nothing on this platform is quoted from a separate rate card.

An honest read

When HubSpot is the right call, and when it is not.

Choose it when
  • You want marketing, sales and service on one platform that people will actually use.
  • A mid-sized team that values speed of set-up over unlimited customisation.
  • Your sales process fits standard objects with a few custom ones.
Look elsewhere when
  • A complex enterprise sales organisation with deep territory, quoting and permission needs. Salesforce is built for that.
  • A small team that only needs a pipeline. Pipedrive costs less and gets adopted faster.
  • A very large contact database with light use. Contact-based pricing will hurt.

Questions HubSpot teams ask

How much does HubSpot development cost with Gigabit?

A HubSpot set-up or portal rebuild starts at $6,000 fixed, covering the data model, pipelines, import and clean-up of existing records, core automation, dashboards and training. A migration from another CRM starts at $7,000 fixed. One scoped integration or workflow is $8,000 fixed over three weeks, and a custom AI agent that works across HubSpot and other systems is a flat fee from $8,000. HubSpot's own licence and onboarding fees are separate.

Should we use HubSpot's own agents or build a custom one?

Use HubSpot's when the job lives inside HubSpot: answering customers from your knowledge base, researching prospects, filling in records. Build a custom agent when the answer depends on systems HubSpot cannot see, such as product usage or billing, or when you need to test and control its behaviour more tightly than a packaged agent allows.

What is the HubSpot v4 API deadline?

HubSpot has announced that its v4 APIs will be unsupported from 30 March 2027, with date-based API versions replacing them. Any private app or integration calling v4 endpoints should be inventoried and moved before then. Marketplace apps are the vendor's job; custom code is yours.

Can you migrate us from Salesforce to HubSpot?

Yes. We map objects, fields, owners, history and automation, run a test migration into a sandbox, reconcile record counts, and only then cut over. The part that takes longest is not the data. It is deciding which Salesforce automation to rebuild and which to retire.

Can you clean up a HubSpot portal someone else set up?

Yes, and it is the most common request. We inventory workflows, properties, lists and integrations, remove what is dead, merge duplicates, and document what remains so the next person can change it safely.
