Every HubSpot plan and price
Each price is per month. HubSpot calls these "starts at" prices. Where a higher price is struck through on HubSpot's page, we show it in brackets.

How to read the two prices
The lower price is what the page shows with "Pay Annually" selected. The Starter price is also a discount: HubSpot says it is for new customers only, and its Marketing page advertises saving up to 65% on Starter, with some offers for a limited time. The pay-monthly toggle did not change the price in our check, so confirm the monthly figure in HubSpot's checkout or with its sales team. Budget from the struck-through Starter price if you expect to renew at list.
One-time onboarding fees
| Product | Starter | Professional | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sales Hub | None listed | $1,500 | $3,500 |
| Service Hub | None listed | $1,500 | $3,500 |
| Marketing Hub | None listed | $3,000 | $7,000 |
HubSpot describes the Sales and Marketing fees as required. It does not include them in the monthly price. The Customer Platform and Smart CRM pages did not show a fee when we read them, so ask before you sign. HubSpot's onboarding page lists no dollar amounts.
What a team pays in the first year
These are our arithmetic, for team sizes we picked, using the "Pay Annually" prices above and including onboarding. They leave out tax, extra credits and extra contacts.
| Example | Monthly | Onboarding | First year |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sales Hub Starter, 5 seats at $7 | $35 | None listed | $420 |
| Sales Hub Starter, 5 seats at the struck-through $20 | $100 | None listed | $1,200 |
| Sales Hub Professional, 5 seats | $450 | $1,500 | $6,900 |
| Sales Hub Professional, 20 seats | $1,800 | $1,500 | $23,100 |
| Sales Hub Enterprise, 20 seats | $3,000 | $3,500 | $39,500 |
| Marketing Hub Professional, 3 included seats | $800 | $3,000 | $12,600 |
| Marketing Hub Enterprise, 5 included seats | $3,600 | $7,000 | $50,200 |
The biggest jump is from Starter to Professional. Five Sales Hub seats go from $420 to $6,900 in the first year on these figures.
The costs that grow after you sign
- Seats. Sales and Service Hub charge per paid seat. On Marketing Hub, extra Core Seats start at $45 a month on Professional and $75 on Enterprise. View-only seats are free.
- Marketing contacts. Marketing Hub includes 1,000 contacts on Starter, 2,000 on Professional and 10,000 on Enterprise. Check what the next band costs against your list size, because the pricing page text we read does not state it.
- HubSpot Credits. AI features and agents spend credits. Starter includes 500, Professional 3,000 and Enterprise 5,000 on the single hubs. Extra credits cost $0.010 each. Included credits reset each month and do not roll over.
- Add-ons. HubSpot AEO, which tracks your visibility in answer engines, is $50 a month or $45 paid annually. It is included in Marketing Hub Professional and Enterprise.
Is HubSpot free?
The free tools cost nothing for up to two users, and no card is needed. They suit a small team trying a CRM. Paid plans add the automation and reporting most growing teams want. Buying more users moves you to a paid plan.
HubSpot against Salesforce on price
HubSpot is cheaper per seat on these list prices. Salesforce lists its Starter Suite at $25 a user a month and Pro Suite at $100, against $7 for new customers and $90 here. Salesforce's Core is $195 and Max $550 a user, against HubSpot Sales Enterprise at $150 plus a one-time fee. Features differ a lot, so read HubSpot vs Salesforce before you compare on price alone.
When to get help
A small team can set up Starter on its own, and HubSpot's own onboarding is part of the price on Professional and above. Paying someone else makes sense when you are moving data from another CRM, your pipelines do not match how you sell, or the CRM needs to connect to other systems.
Our HubSpot page and CRM implementation service cover that work. A CRM Setup is from $6,000 fixed, covering the data model, pipelines, import and clean-up, core automation, dashboards and training. A migration from another platform is from $7,000 fixed. A custom AI agent working across your CRM is from $8,000, flat per agent.
