Services Terms for Online Purchases
These terms apply when you buy a fixed-price offer on gigabit.agency, such as the Prototype Production Review, the AI Quick Win Sprint or the AI Transformation Sprint. You accept them at checkout. Work agreed outside the website is governed by its own written agreement.
01Who you are buying from
You are buying from Gigaverse Global LLC, doing business as Gigabit (“Gigabit”, “we”), 1309 Coffeen Ave STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. “You” means the company named at checkout, and the person checking out confirms they may bind it.
Card statements and Stripe receipts may show Gigaverse Global LLC, the company that operates Gigabit.
02What you are buying
The offer’s scope, duration and price are as shown on its page at the time you pay. We keep a copy with your order. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and only starts once you agree to the quote in writing.
The questions at checkout check that the work fits the offer. If, before kickoff, we find it does not (for example it needs more systems than the offer covers), we will tell you and either agree a change with you or refund you in full.
03Payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply to you. Payment is taken in full at checkout by Stripe, by card or US bank account (ACH) as offered for that purchase. A bank payment takes a few business days to clear; work is scheduled once it has.
04Kickoff and what we need from you
Kickoff is the first working session of the engagement. We will propose a kickoff date within 5 business days of your payment clearing. Timelines run from kickoff and depend on you giving us the access, people and information the offer lists. If those are late, the timeline moves by the same amount.
05Cancellation and refunds
Before kickoff, you may cancel for any reason by emailing hello@gigabit.agency, and we refund the full amount you paid to the original payment method.
After kickoff, fees are not refundable, because the work has started. If we fail to deliver what the offer’s scope describes, tell us in writing and we will fix it at no extra cost; if we cannot, we will refund the part of the fee for the work not delivered.
If we cannot start your engagement within 30 days of your payment clearing for reasons on our side, you may cancel for a full refund.
Monthly plans (the restaurant, dental, home services, med spa and party rental plans) renew each month and charge the card you gave until cancelled. You may cancel any time by emailing hello@gigabit.agency; the plan ends when the month you have paid for does, and that month is not refunded, except that the first month is refunded in full if you cancel before the kickoff call. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before we change a plan’s price.
06Ownership of the work
Once you have paid in full, you own the deliverables we create for you in the engagement, including the code and documents written for you. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, libraries and know-how that existed before the engagement or are not specific to you, and you receive a perpetual licence to use any of them that are part of your deliverables. Third-party software and services stay under their own licences and fees.
07Confidentiality and your data
We keep your non-public information confidential and use it only to do the work. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy; where we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Addendum applies.
We may say that you are a client only with your permission.
08Warranties and liability
We will do the work with reasonable skill and care. Apart from that and the promises in these terms, the work is provided without other warranties, to the extent the law allows.
Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, or lost profits. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them to be limited.
09Problems and governing law
If something goes wrong, email hello@gigabit.agency first; we will reply within one business day. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank, so we can resolve it directly.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Our website Terms of Service also apply to your use of the site.
