Stop renting shared leads. Own your calls.
A Gigabit team runs your website, Google profile, Local Services Ads, reviews and call answering, so homeowners call you, not you and four competitors. One flat monthly fee, month to month.
You pay for the lead. So do three other contractors.
On shared-lead sites the same homeowner request is sold to several pros at once. HVAC contractors report paying $35–$90 per lead, shared with 3–8 competitors (Valley Marketing Group, an agency that sells alternatives).
Want your own number? The shared-lead cost calculator turns your lead price and win rate into a cost per booked job.
Everything that makes your phone ring, run for you.
One team and one monthly fee, instead of a website person, an ads person and a lead subscription.

We already build for an energy installer.
PSW Energy is a solar, battery and EV-charging installer group in Perth, Western Australia. It is an enterprise account in Australia, not a US local contractor, so we don’t present it as one, and we are close to it: Gigabit is the digital team for its parent group.
What we built there is the same machinery a US contractor needs: a quote-request funnel that writes every request into the company’s own database instead of a marketplace’s, a product catalogue moved off WordPress with redirects from every old address so search traffic carried over, and a staff dashboard to work the leads. The US home services offer is that machinery, sized and priced for an owner-run shop.
$399–$999 a month, month to month.
The range depends on how much we run: a site and profile at the low end, LSA, AI receptionist and multi-town pages at the top. Ad spend goes to Google from your own account. See what each plan covers.
Questions contractors ask
Who is Gigabit for Home Services for?
Owner-run HVAC, plumbing, roofing and solar companies in the US, typically one to a few trucks up to a few dozen, that buy leads from Angi, HomeAdvisor or Thumbtack and want more of their calls to come from their own website, Google profile and ads instead.
Can I sign up now?
Yes, today. Pick a plan on the pricing page and check out online. Plans run month to month, for one US location.
What does it cost?
$399 to $999 a month, month to month, depending on how much we run for you. Managing your Local Services Ads is included from the Growth plan, and search ads on the Full engine plan. Ad spend goes to Google directly from your own account.
Do I have to quit Angi or Thumbtack?
No. Most contractors keep buying some shared leads while their own channels grow, then cut back as calls from Google and their website take over. The point is that the calls you get from your own profile, site and ads are yours, not sent to three or more competitors at once.
Do I own the website, the Google profile and the ad accounts?
Yes. Your Google Business Profile, Local Services Ads account, domain and call recordings stay in your name. If you leave, you keep everything we built.
Is Gigabit a lead marketplace?
No. We never sell leads, and we never send one homeowner's request to several contractors. Every call and form we generate goes to you alone.
Ready to own your calls?
Three flat monthly plans, month to month, for one US location. We never sell leads, and every call and form goes to you alone.
