Contractor marketing that leaves you owning the calls.
A Gigabit team runs the website, Google profile, Local Services Ads, reviews and call answering for owner-run contractors in HVAC, plumbing, roofing and solar.
Most contractors don't need more leads. They need more calls that are only theirs.
Buying leads is renting: you pay each time, often alongside other contractors, and stop getting calls the day you stop paying. Your own Google profile, website and reviews work the other way, and they’re also what careful homeowners check. The FTC tells them to get recommendations, confirm your licenses and insurance, and get three written estimates. A contractor who makes all of that easy starts ahead.
The same few things, done properly and kept up
One team and one monthly fee.
A website that gets the call
Fast on a phone, with a page for each service you want to sell, your license and insurance details, and click-to-call on every page.
Google Business Profile
Complete and active: services, service area, real hours, photos of real jobs, posts and a reply to every review.
Google Local Services Ads
Set up, verified and managed from your own account, where your trade and area are eligible.
Every call answered
Missed-call text-back in seconds, and after-hours calls answered and booked by your rules.
Review requests after every job
A text when the job closes, and never an incentive for a good review.
Written estimates that get followed up
A simple way to track each estimate and follow up respectfully, because homeowners are told to compare several.
Your own customer list, used
Reminders and seasonal offers to past customers, who already know you.
A report in booked jobs
Calls, booked jobs and cost per booked job by source, so you can see which leads to cut.
Calls you own, not leads you rent
From rented leads to owned calls
Audit
Your Google profile, site, reviews, ads and what each lead source really costs per booked job.
Build
New or rebuilt site, profile cleanup, Local Services Ads verification, call tracking and missed-call text-back.
Run
Ads managed, reviews requested and answered, and past customers reminded.
Report
Calls, booked jobs and cost per booked job, by source, so you can see when to cut back on shared leads.
No keywords stuffed into your business name, no copy-and-paste town pages, no bought reviews, no selling your lead to anyone else, no claims about licenses or insurance you don’t hold, and no guaranteed rankings.

Contractor marketing questions
Can I hire Gigabit for contractor marketing now?
Yes, today. Pick a plan on the pricing page and check out online. Plans run month to month, for one US location. Our guides and calculators stay free.
Which trades do you work with?
Owner-run HVAC, plumbing, roofing and solar companies in the US. If you're in another trade, such as electrical or remodeling, talk to us first. We can't promise it's a fit, but we'll tell you.
What does it cost?
$399 to $999 a month, month to month, depending on how much we run for you. Managing your Local Services Ads is included from the Growth plan, and search ads on the Full engine plan. Ad spend goes to Google directly from your own account.
Will you guarantee rankings or a number of leads?
No. Google says there is no way to pay for a better local ranking, and nobody controls its results. We report calls, booked jobs and cost per booked job by source, so you can see for yourself whether the work pays.
Who owns the website, Google profile and ad accounts?
You do. Your Google Business Profile, Local Services Ads account, domain and call recordings stay in your name. If you leave, you keep everything we built.
Can general contractors use Google Local Services Ads?
Google lists general contractors among the eligible categories, though availability depends on your area, and you'll need to pass Google's screening and confirm your licenses before you get the badge.
Do I have to quit Angi or Thumbtack?
No. Most contractors can keep some lead buying while their own channels grow, then cut back as calls from Google and their website take over. Our Angi leads review shows how to work out what each source really costs you.
Ready to own your calls?
Three flat monthly plans, month to month, for one US location. We never sell leads, and every call and form goes to you alone.
