What we are
We build production software, and increasingly the AI that runs inside it: support agents, intake assistants, internal tools, data pipelines and the systems around them. The work follows one model, Audit → Build → Operate. We find the workflow worth automating, build it in your stack, and then keep it working. One team carries the context from the first call to the system in production, so nothing is lost in a handoff between a strategy firm, a build shop and whoever ends up maintaining it.
We call it a software factory because the parts that should be repeatable are: the same stages, the same quality gates (evals, observability, guardrails, a rollback path), and the same published prices every time. You learn the model once and always know which stage you are in. The full model is on the Approach page.
Where we came from
Gigabit has been building software since 2016. For most of that time we were a web and digital agency: websites, Shopify stores, Webflow builds, SEO and marketing for clients who were mostly in North America. That work taught us to ship on deadlines and on other people’s platforms, and we still do it, now priced as fixed builds from $6,000.
In 2026 we rebuilt the company around production AI, aimed at one gap. Only 13% of companies report enterprise-level value from their AI pilots. We relaunched as an AI-native software factory, published our fixed prices, and made the engineers who build a system responsible for running it afterwards.
How delivery works
Gigaverse Global LLC, trading as Gigabit, is registered in Sheridan, Wyoming, and Wyoming law governs our site terms. Engineering and delivery run from our hub in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Work is async-first, in two-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each, and a daily overlap window of two to three hours with US Eastern time. We work inside your tools (Slack, GitHub, Jira or Linear, Notion) and your code-review rules, rather than asking you to learn ours.
