Salesforce engineering, without the consultancy markup.
Salesforce work is usually sold by certified partners at day rates, in programmes that take quarters. We take the bounded engineering jobs inside it, the integrations, Flow migrations and Agentforce actions, at a fixed price.
What Gigabit does on Salesforce.
Gigabit does bounded engineering work on Salesforce for mid-sized companies that already run it: integrations with ERP, billing and product systems, migration of old automation to Flow, Apex and Lightning component development, data clean-up, and custom actions for Agentforce.
We do not sell licences and we do not run organisation-wide implementations. If you are rolling Salesforce out to five hundred people for the first time, hire one of Salesforce's consulting partners. If you have a working org and a list of things it should do better, that is our kind of job.
The Salesforce work we take on.
Bounded jobs with a definition of done, inside an org you already own.
Integrations
Accounts, orders, invoices and usage flowing between Salesforce and ERP, billing and product systems through its APIs and events, with errors surfaced instead of swallowed.
Migration to Flow
Workflow Rules and Process Builder went out of support at the end of 2025. We map what each one does, rebuild it in Flow, and retire the ones nobody needs.
Apex and Lightning components
Custom logic and interface components where clicks run out, written with tests and inside governor limits.
Data quality
Deduplication, field rationalisation and validation rules, because an agent reading a messy org gives confident wrong answers.
Agentforce actions
Custom actions in Flow, Apex or external APIs that let an Agentforce agent do something specific to your business, with the guardrails written down.
Org takeover
An inventory of automation, custom code, integrations and permission sets in an org other people built, and a ranked list of what to fix first.
Agentforce is the platform. The actions that make it useful are custom work.
Out of the box, an agent can only do what your org exposes to it.
Built into the platform
Agentforce is Salesforce's agent platform and remained the central brand at Dreamforce 2026.
- Agentforce agents for service, sales and other functions, built and tested in Agentforce Builder.
- Agentforce Voice, for agents on phone channels.
- Pricing that is largely usage-based, so what an agent costs to run depends on how much it does.
Actions, data and the systems outside
Whether an Agentforce deployment pays back comes down to three things Salesforce cannot do for you.
- Custom actions that reach your ERP, billing and product systems, so the agent can finish a task instead of describing it.
- Data clean-up first, so the agent is grounded in records you would trust a new hire to read.
- A running-cost model before the build, because usage-based pricing rewards narrow, well-scoped agents.
- An agent outside Salesforce when that is the better design, connected through its APIs.
Published prices, mapped to the job.
Every figure here is the same one on the pricing page. Nothing on this platform is quoted from a separate rate card.
A price marked “from” buys the base scope set out on the pricing page. Anything larger is quoted as a fixed price before work starts. Work with no natural end, such as ongoing development, is priced per engineer per month with no lock-in.
When Salesforce is the right call, and when it is not.
- A complex sales organisation: several teams, territories, custom objects and strict permissions.
- You already run Salesforce and have an administrator who will own it.
- Reporting and process requirements that lighter CRMs cannot model.
- A small team with a simple pipeline. HubSpot or Pipedrive will cost less to buy and far less to maintain.
- No administrator and no budget for one. Salesforce without an owner decays quickly.
- You want a first-time, organisation-wide rollout. That is a consulting partner's programme, not ours.
Questions Salesforce teams ask
How much does Salesforce development cost with Gigabit?
One scoped integration or workflow is $8,000 fixed over three weeks. A custom agent or a set of Agentforce actions is a flat fee from $8,000. Ongoing development such as a Flow migration or an org clean-up is an embedded pod at $3,000–$7,500 per engineer per month, with a two-to-four week trial and no lock-in.
Do we need to migrate Workflow Rules and Process Builder to Flow?
Yes, sooner rather than later. Salesforce ended support for both at the end of 2025. Existing automation keeps running, but it gets no fixes, and each release makes it a larger risk. Migration is also the moment to delete the automation nobody can explain.
Should we use Agentforce or build a custom agent?
Use Agentforce when the work happens in Salesforce and your data there is in good shape, because permissions and records are already in place. Build outside it when most of the task depends on other systems, or when you need finer control over models, testing and cost than a platform agent gives you. Often the answer is Agentforce with custom actions.
Do you run full Salesforce implementations?
No. We take bounded engineering work in existing orgs: integrations, Flow migration, custom development, data clean-up and agent actions. For a first-time rollout across a large organisation, a Salesforce consulting partner is the right choice.
