ERP and API integration, so every system agrees.
Orders, stock, invoices and customer records move between your ERP, store, CRM and billing system on their own, with retries, logs and an alert when something fails. One integration or workflow for $8,000 fixed, live in three weeks.
What makes an ERP integration last.
Most integration problems are the same problem: two systems that both think they own a record. Gigabit starts by deciding which system is the source of truth for each field, then builds the sync with idempotent writes, retries, a dead-letter queue and an audit log, so a failure shows up as an alert instead of a wrong invoice weeks later.
Two published examples: a $28M multi-channel retailer's returns flow now creates NetSuite records, ShipStation labels and Klaviyo emails by itself, part of a build that cut weekly manual work from 32 hours to 4.5 and lifted inventory accuracy from 94.2% to 99.1%. A 14-location medical group syncs intake to its EHR through an HL7/FHIR bridge with retries and an audit log on every write.
The integrations we build.
Native connectors when they do the job, integration platforms when they fit, custom code when volume or logic outgrows them.
ERP and commerce
Orders, stock, fulfilment and returns between Shopify, WooCommerce or marketplaces and NetSuite or Odoo.
ERP and CRM
Quote-to-cash: deals, quotes, invoices and payment status flowing between HubSpot or Salesforce and the ERP.
Accounting integrations
Invoices, payments and reconciliation between Stripe or your billing system and QuickBooks, Xero or NetSuite.
Custom APIs
REST or GraphQL APIs for your own system, with authentication, rate limits and documentation partners can use.
Healthcare and regulated data
HL7 and FHIR interfaces to EHR vendors, with least-privilege access, encryption and audit logs.
Workflow platforms
n8n, Make or Zapier when they fit the volume, moved to custom code when they stop fitting.
Map, build, reconcile, monitor.
Map
Decide the source of truth for every field and what happens when systems disagree.
Build
Idempotent syncs with retries, a dead-letter queue and an audit log.
Reconcile
A test run against real data, with counts checked before go-live.
Monitor
Alerts on failures and drift, and a runbook your team can follow.
Published prices, mapped to the job.
Every price here is the same one on the pricing page. Work with no published price gets a fixed price in writing before it starts.
Figures in the notes are what past clients paid, from the published case studies; they show the range, not a rate card. Work with no natural end, such as ongoing development, is priced per engineer per month with no lock-in.
When to hire us for this, and when not to.
- Staff re-key orders, invoices or stock between systems.
- Stock or revenue numbers differ depending on the system.
- Every new sales channel adds manual work.
- Month-end close waits on exports.
- A native connector already does exactly what you need. Install it.
- You are replacing the ERP within six months. Integrate the new one.
Three integration builds in production.
Shopify and NetSuite operations, an EHR bridge for 14 locations, and seven SaaS data sources unified.
Five n8n + GPT-4o-mini automations cut a 4-channel ops team's manual workload from 32 to 4.5 hours/week — ~$87K in year-one impact.
Unified HIPAA-aware intake with EHR integration cut intake/admin time 41% and lifted clinician throughput 16% across 14 locations.
A 7-week modern data stack eliminated 56 hours/month of manual reporting, cut month-end close from 5 days to 2, and preserved $186K in ARR.

ERP and API integration, answered
How much does ERP integration cost?
One integration or automated workflow costs $8,000 fixed for up to three tools and goes live in three weeks (the AI Quick Win Sprint). Odoo implementations start at $15,000. Larger programmes run on an embedded team at $3,000–$7,500 per engineer per month.
Which ERPs do you integrate with?
Most often NetSuite, Odoo, QuickBooks, Xero and Zoho Books, and any ERP with a documented API. Odoo is the one we implement end to end, as an Odoo Partner.
Should we use an integration platform or custom code?
Use the platform's own connector if it does the job, an integration platform like n8n, Make or Zapier for moderate volume and simple logic, and custom code when volume, error handling or business rules outgrow them. We tell you which, and why, before building.
What happens when an integration fails?
Failed messages go to a dead-letter queue, retries run automatically, and an alert names the record and the reason. Every write is logged, so you can see what changed and when.
Do you offer ERP consulting?
Yes, for choosing and planning an ERP: process mapping, a comparison of the options and an implementation cost estimate. Our Odoo vs Zoho vs ERPNext comparison and the ERP implementation cost guide are good starting points.
