Two hours from Singapore. Seven hours a day shared.
Dhaka is two hours behind Singapore and Hong Kong. That is a shared day from 11am to 6pm, in English, with agents designed against Singapore's governance framework for agentic AI.
How Gigabit works with companies in Singapore and Hong Kong.
Gigabit builds AI agents and the software around them for companies in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia from an engineering hub in Dhaka, two hours behind all three. On a normal working day that is seven shared hours, from 11am to 6pm local time.
Singapore published a governance framework specifically for agentic AI in January 2026. It is voluntary, and it is also the clearest public statement of what a well-run agent looks like: bounded permissions, a named accountable human, and controls that match the risk. We use it as the design checklist for agents built for clients in the region.
We work in English. Seoul and Taipei share similar hours, but buyers there usually need Korean or Chinese, which we do not offer.
Close enough to work as one team.
No daylight saving anywhere in this group, so these hours hold all year.
Shared hours are arithmetic on a 09:00–18:00 working day in each city, not a service-level promise. Engineering and delivery run from Dhaka; the contracting entity is in Wyoming, USA. Calls outside the shared window are booked by arrangement.
What an engagement from Singapore or Hong Kong looks like.
A real shared day
Stand-ups, reviews and pairing happen live from late morning to close of business. Most questions are answered within the hour.
Agents with bounded permissions
Each agent gets the narrowest tool and data access that does the job, a named human who is accountable for it, and an approval step on any action that is hard to reverse.
Deployed in your region
Agents and data stores go into your own cloud account in a Singapore or Hong Kong region. Engineers work inside that environment.
One contract, in US dollars
You contract with Gigaverse Global LLC, a US company registered in Wyoming that trades as Gigabit. One agreement, one invoice, in US dollars. There is no local entity.
Rules and frameworks we build to.
Binding privacy law in both cities, and the most specific agent guidance published anywhere.
Singapore PDPA
The Personal Data Protection Act sets consent, purpose and protection obligations, and requires that personal data transferred overseas gets a comparable standard of protection. Our default is to keep it in your Singapore region.

Singapore's voluntary framework for AI agents, launched on 22 January 2026. We use it as a design checklist: limit what the agent can touch, make a human accountable, and add technical controls in proportion to the risk.
imda.gov.sg ↗Hong Kong PDPO
The Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and its six data protection principles apply to anyone who controls the collection or use of personal data in Hong Kong, alongside the Privacy Commissioner's published framework for using AI.
pcpd.org.hk ↗This is an engineering summary, not legal advice. Your counsel decides what applies to you; we build to what they decide and sign a data processing agreement on request.
Same offers, same published prices.
Prices are in US dollars and are the ones on the pricing page. There is no regional rate card.
We have no office or entity in Singapore, Hong Kong or anywhere else in the region, and we invoice in US dollars. We work in English only, which rules us out for most buyers in South Korea and Taiwan. We are not a licensed financial-services technology vendor. Our published case studies are mostly North American; we do not have an Asia-Pacific client reference to show you yet.
Questions buyers in Singapore and Hong Kong ask
What working hours do you share with Singapore and Hong Kong?
Dhaka is two hours behind Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong, with no daylight saving on either side. On a 09:00–18:00 day in both places that gives seven shared hours, 11:00–18:00 local time, all year.
Do you follow Singapore's framework for agentic AI?
We use the Model AI Governance Framework for Agentic AI, published in January 2026, as a design checklist: bounded tool and data access, a named accountable human, and controls in proportion to risk. The framework is voluntary and nobody certifies against it, so we describe what we built rather than claim compliance.
Can the system be hosted in Singapore or Hong Kong?
Yes. We deploy into your own cloud account in the region you choose and work inside that environment, so personal data does not need to leave it for us to build or operate the system.
Do you work with companies in South Korea or Taiwan?
Only with teams that run projects in English. The working hours fit well, but we do not deliver in Korean or Chinese and have no presence on the local platforms buyers there use, so most will be better served by a local partner.
Where else we work.
Book a call any time after eleven.
Any slot from 11am to 6pm Singapore or Hong Kong time is inside our working day.
