A US contract. A team whose working day is your night.
Gigabit is a Wyoming company with its engineering team in Dhaka, ten hours ahead of New York. You sign with a US entity, pay published prices in dollars, and review each morning what was built overnight.
How Gigabit works with US companies.
Gigabit is the trade name of Gigaverse Global LLC, registered at 1309 Coffeen Ave, Sheridan, Wyoming. US clients contract with that US entity, pay in US dollars from a published price list, and work with senior engineers based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
There is no shared working day with North America, and we do not pretend there is. Dhaka's 09:00–18:00 is 11pm to 8am Eastern in summer. A request sent before you log off is picked up that night, and the result is waiting when you start. Planning and demos happen on scheduled calls.
Six of our thirteen published case studies name a US-based client, in logistics, payments, HR tech, events, consulting and construction finance.
No overlap, by design a hand-off.
Dhaka's working day falls entirely inside the US night. The table shows when the team is at work in your local time.
Shared hours are arithmetic on a 09:00–18:00 working day in each city, not a service-level promise. Engineering and delivery run from Dhaka; the contracting entity is in Wyoming, USA. Calls outside the shared window are booked by arrangement.
What a US engagement looks like.
A US entity on the contract
You contract with Gigaverse Global LLC, a US company registered in Wyoming that trades as Gigabit. One agreement, one invoice, in US dollars. W-9 on request.
A fixed weekly rhythm
On a published logistics build the cadence was Monday planning on video, written stand-ups each day across the time gap, and a Friday demo on staging. That is still the default.
Your repositories, your cloud
Code lives in your repositories and data stays on your infrastructure wherever possible, with least-privilege, time-bound access for our engineers.
Named senior engineers
You meet the people doing the work before it starts. Embedded pods are assembled in two weeks with first pull requests by day five.
US rules we build to.
The ones that most often change an architecture decision on US work.
HIPAA
For work that touches protected health information we sign a Business Associate Agreement and design for minimum-necessary access, audit logging and a human in the loop from the first day.
hhs.gov ↗CCPA / CPRA (California)
We act as a service provider processing personal information on your documented instructions, under a data processing agreement, and do not use it for anything else.
oag.ca.gov ↗PCI DSS
On payments work we keep card data out of systems that do not need it and out of model prompts entirely, and build so your assessor can trace every agent action.
pcisecuritystandards.org ↗This is an engineering summary, not legal advice. Your counsel decides what applies to you; we build to what they decide and sign a data processing agreement on request.
Same offers, same published prices.
Prices are in US dollars and are the ones on the pricing page. There is no regional rate card.
We do not have a US engineering office. The registered office is in Wyoming and the engineers are in Dhaka. If the work needs someone on site every week, we are the wrong firm. “HIPAA-aware” and “PCI-aware” describe how we build; they are not certifications and we do not present them as one.
Questions US buyers ask
Is Gigabit a US company?
Yes. Gigabit is the trade name of Gigaverse Global LLC, registered in Sheridan, Wyoming. Engineering and delivery are in Dhaka, Bangladesh. US clients contract with and pay the US entity in US dollars.
How do you work across a ten-hour time difference?
As a hand-off, not a shared day. Dhaka's 09:00–18:00 is 23:00–08:00 Eastern in summer, so requests sent before you log off are worked overnight. Planning, demos and decisions happen on scheduled calls, and everything else is written down.
Do you sign BAAs for healthcare work?
Yes. For engagements that touch protected health information we sign a Business Associate Agreement and build HIPAA-aware from day one. For other regulated or confidential work we sign mutual NDAs before any data is shared.
What does it cost for a US company?
The published prices: the AI Transformation Sprint is $25,000 fixed over two weeks, a production agent is a flat fee from $8,000, Managed AI Operations is $3,000–$20,000 a month, and Embedded AI Teams are $3,000–$7,500 per engineer per month.
