Your morning is our afternoon.

Dhaka is five to six hours ahead of London, so the UK morning overlaps the back half of our day. Decide by lunch, and the work is done before you are back at your desk the next day.

The short answer

How Gigabit works with UK companies.

Gigabit builds AI agents and the software around them for UK companies from an engineering hub in Dhaka, five hours ahead of London in summer and six in winter. The UK morning is shared: three hours on GMT, four on BST. What you decide before lunch is worked on through our following day.

The question UK buyers should ask first is where personal data goes. Our contracting entity is in the United States and our engineers are in Bangladesh, so moving UK personal data to either is a restricted transfer under UK GDPR. Our default design avoids it: agents run in your cloud account in a UK region and our engineers work inside your environment.

Working hours

A shared morning, then a head start.

Dhaka does not observe daylight saving, so the overlap is an hour longer in British Summer Time.

Your city
Against Dhaka (UTC+6)
Shared hours, 9-to-6 day both sides
London · Manchester · EdinburghGMT UTC+0 · BST UTC+1
Dhaka is 6 hours ahead (5 in summer)
3 hours · 09:00–12:00 GMT (4 hours, 09:00–13:00, on BST)

Shared hours are arithmetic on a 09:00–18:00 working day in each city, not a service-level promise. Engineering and delivery run from Dhaka; the contracting entity is in Wyoming, USA. Calls outside the shared window are booked by arrangement.

How an engagement runs

What a UK engagement looks like.

Calls before lunch

Stand-ups, reviews and demos sit in the UK morning. After the shared window closes, the team has already finished its day and yours has the afternoon to review.

No transfer by default

Agents, databases and logs are deployed in your cloud account in a UK region. Engineers work in that environment under least-privilege, time-bound access rather than exporting data to work on it.

Processor terms in writing

You contract with Gigaverse Global LLC, a US company registered in Wyoming that trades as Gigabit. One agreement, one invoice, in US dollars. You are the controller and we are the processor, acting only on documented instructions under a data processing agreement.

A transfer mechanism when one is needed

If a task cannot be done without personal data leaving the UK, we stop and say so. Your counsel chooses the mechanism, typically the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum, before anything moves.

Rules that shape the build

UK rules we build to.

UK data protection law changed in 2025. These are the parts that shape an AI build.

UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018

Sets the controller and processor duties, the lawful bases, and the rules on solely automated decisions. We design agents with a human decision point wherever an outcome could significantly affect someone.

Data (Use and Access) Act 2025

Became law on 19 June 2025 and amends UK data protection law, including the rules on automated decision-making. The regulator states that the provisions affecting data protection law are now in force.

International transfers

Sending personal data to a processor outside the UK needs a transfer mechanism and a risk assessment. We would rather design the transfer out than paper over it.

This is an engineering summary, not legal advice. Your counsel decides what applies to you; we build to what they decide and sign a data processing agreement on request.

We have no UK office or UK company, and we invoice in US dollars, not sterling. We are not on a UK public-sector framework. Our published case studies are mostly North American; we do not have a UK client reference to show you yet.

United Kingdom FAQ

Questions UK buyers ask

Will our personal data leave the UK?

Not by default. We deploy agents and data stores into your cloud account in a UK region and our engineers work inside that environment. If a task genuinely requires data to leave the UK, we raise it first and your counsel chooses the transfer mechanism before anything moves.

What working hours do you share with the UK?

Dhaka is six hours ahead of London in winter and five in summer. On a 09:00–18:00 day in both places that gives three shared hours on GMT, 09:00–12:00, and four on BST, 09:00–13:00.

Who is the contracting party?

Gigaverse Global LLC, a US company registered in Wyoming that trades as Gigabit. For data protection purposes you are the controller and we are the processor under a data processing agreement.

Do you price in pounds?

No. There is one price list in US dollars: agents from $8,000 flat, the two-week AI Transformation Sprint at $25,000 fixed, and embedded engineers at $3,000–$7,500 per engineer per month.
