Two hours from Dubai. Seven hours a day shared.
Dhaka is two hours ahead of Dubai and three ahead of Riyadh. That is close enough to run as one team: a shared day from nine until mid-afternoon, at published fixed prices.
How Gigabit works with companies in the Gulf.
Gigabit builds AI agents and the software around them for private-sector companies in the UAE and the wider Gulf from an engineering hub in Dhaka, two hours ahead of Dubai. On a normal working day that is seven shared hours with the UAE and six with Riyadh and Doha, as many as any region we serve.
We work in English, contract through a US entity and invoice in US dollars. We do not have an entity in the region or Arabic-language delivery, and we do not pursue Saudi government contracts, which generally expect a regional headquarters in the Kingdom.
Near enough to work as one team.
No daylight saving on either side, so these hours hold all year.
Shared hours are arithmetic on a 09:00–18:00 working day in each city, not a service-level promise. Engineering and delivery run from Dhaka; the contracting entity is in Wyoming, USA. Calls outside the shared window are booked by arrangement.
What a Gulf engagement looks like.
A real shared day
Stand-ups, reviews and pairing happen live from nine in the morning until mid-afternoon Gulf time. Most questions get answered the same hour they are asked.
Deployed in-region
Agents and data stores go into your cloud account in the region you choose, including an in-country region where your provider offers one. Engineers work inside that environment.
One contract, in US dollars
You contract with Gigaverse Global LLC, a US company registered in Wyoming that trades as Gigabit. One agreement, one invoice, in US dollars. Dirham and riyal are both pegged to the dollar, so the price does not move with exchange rates.
Free zone or onshore, said up front
A DIFC or ADGM company sits under a different data protection regime from an onshore one. We ask which you are at scoping because it changes where data can sit.
Gulf rules we build to.
Three countries and two financial free zones, each with its own regime.
UAE federal PDPL (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021)
Applies to onshore UAE businesses and to processing of data about people in the UAE. Implementation detail is still being settled, so we do not describe any build as “PDPL-compliant”; your counsel decides what applies and we build to it.
u.ae ↗DIFC and ADGM data protection law
Companies in the Dubai International Financial Centre and Abu Dhabi Global Market fall under their own GDPR-style laws, the DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020 and the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021, each with its own commissioner and transfer rules.
difc.com ↗Saudi Arabia PDPL
In force since September 2023 with the compliance grace period ended in September 2024, overseen by the Saudi Data and AI Authority. It reaches processing of residents' personal data by parties outside the Kingdom and regulates transfers abroad, so Saudi work is deployed in-Kingdom by default.
sdaia.gov.sa ↗This is an engineering summary, not legal advice. Your counsel decides what applies to you; we build to what they decide and sign a data processing agreement on request.
Same offers, same published prices.
Prices are in US dollars and are the ones on the pricing page. There is no regional rate card.
We have no office, entity or trade licence in the Gulf. We work in English only: we do not build Arabic-first products or deliver in Arabic today. We do not bid for Saudi government work. Our published case studies are mostly North American; we do not have a Gulf client reference to show you yet.
Questions Gulf buyers ask
What working hours do you share with Dubai and Riyadh?
Dhaka is two hours ahead of Dubai and Abu Dhabi and three ahead of Riyadh and Doha. On a 09:00–18:00 day in both places that is seven shared hours with the UAE, 09:00–16:00, and six with Saudi Arabia and Qatar, 09:00–15:00, all year.
Can the system be hosted inside the UAE or Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We deploy into your own cloud account in the region you choose and work inside that environment, so data does not need to leave the country for us to build or operate the system.
Do you build Arabic-language AI agents?
Not today. We deliver in English and have not shipped an Arabic-first agent we could point you to. If Arabic dialect handling is the core of the product, choose a vendor with that track record.
Do you have a local entity?
No. The contracting party is Gigaverse Global LLC, a US company registered in Wyoming. Invoices are in US dollars. If your procurement rules require a locally licensed vendor, we cannot meet them.
Where else we work.
Book a call any morning.
Any slot from 9am to 3pm Gulf time is inside our working day.
