Pipedrive, with the busywork taken out.
Sales teams choose Pipedrive because reps will actually use it. We keep it that simple and automate what surrounds it: lead intake, enrichment, follow-up, proposals and the hand-off to finance.
What Gigabit does on Pipedrive.
Gigabit sets up and extends Pipedrive for small and mid-sized sales teams: pipeline and stage design, built-in automations, integrations with marketing, proposal, telephony and accounting tools through the API and webhooks, data clean-up, and AI agents for lead qualification and follow-up.
Pipedrive released a native MCP server in June 2026, on every plan. That makes it one of the easier CRMs to connect an agent to, and few firms are building on it yet.
The Pipedrive work we take on.
Small jobs that give a sales team hours back every week.
Pipeline design
Stages with clear entry criteria, required fields that matter and none that do not, and rotting rules that surface stuck deals.
Automations
Deal creation, task assignment, reminders and stage-change actions built with Pipedrive's automation tools and kept few enough to understand.
Integrations
Web forms, ad leads, calls, proposals and invoices connected through the API and webhooks, so a deal carries its full history.
API v1 migration
Pipedrive's deprecated v1 endpoints went out of support on 1 August 2026 and can be removed without notice. We move custom integrations to the current API.
Data clean-up and migration
Deduplication, field rationalisation and imports from spreadsheets or another CRM, with owners and history intact.
Sales agents
Agents that research and qualify inbound leads, draft follow-ups, and keep deal records current from calls and email.
An agent can now work a Pipedrive account directly.
The native MCP server changed what is practical for a small sales team.
Built into the platform
Pipedrive has added AI assistance inside the app and, more usefully, a supported way for outside agents to connect.
- AI assistance in the app for writing emails and summarising deals.
- A native MCP server, launched on 30 June 2026 and available on all plans, with OAuth sign-in and logged actions.
- An open API and webhooks covering deals, people, organisations and activities.
Agents that do the follow-up
Reps lose deals to slow replies and forgotten follow-ups far more often than to competitors.
- An inbound agent that researches the company, scores the lead and creates the deal with context attached.
- Follow-up drafts written from the actual conversation history, queued for the rep to approve.
- Call and email summaries written back to the deal, so the pipeline reflects reality.
- A weekly stuck-deal review produced for the sales manager before the pipeline meeting.
Published prices, mapped to the job.
Every figure here is the same one on the pricing page. Nothing on this platform is quoted from a separate rate card.
A price marked “from” buys the base scope set out on the pricing page. Anything larger is quoted as a fixed price before work starts. Work with no natural end, such as ongoing development, is priced per engineer per month with no lock-in.
When Pipedrive is the right call, and when it is not.
- A sales team of a few people to a few dozen whose work is a pipeline of deals.
- Adoption is the priority: reps who have refused to use heavier CRMs.
- Marketing and support already live in other tools you are happy with.
- You want marketing automation, sales and service in one product. HubSpot does that.
- Complex account hierarchies, territories or quoting. That is Salesforce territory.
- You need finance and inventory alongside CRM. Look at Zoho or Odoo.
Questions Pipedrive teams ask
How much does Pipedrive automation cost with Gigabit?
A Pipedrive set-up starts at $6,000 fixed, covering pipeline design, import and clean-up of existing records, core automation, reporting and team training. One scoped integration or automated workflow is $8,000 fixed over three weeks. A lead-qualification or follow-up agent is a flat fee from $8,000.
Can an AI agent work inside Pipedrive?
Yes. Pipedrive launched a native MCP server on 30 June 2026 on all plans, which lets an agent read and update deals, people and activities with a user's permissions and with its actions logged. Custom agents can also use the API and webhooks directly.
What happened to Pipedrive's v1 API?
Pipedrive's deprecated v1 endpoints went out of support on 1 August 2026, and the company says they may be removed without further notice. Any custom integration still calling them should be moved to the current API version.
Pipedrive or HubSpot?
Pipedrive when you need a sales pipeline that reps will keep up to date, at a lower price. HubSpot when marketing automation, a website and customer service should live in the same system as sales. Teams often start on Pipedrive and move when marketing becomes the main source of pipeline.
