Zoho, made to fit the way you actually work.
Zoho gives a growing company CRM, finance, support and dozens of other apps at a low price per seat. We configure it to your process, write the functions and integrations it needs, and build agents on top.
What Gigabit does on Zoho.
Gigabit configures and extends Zoho CRM and the wider Zoho One suite: modules, layouts and Blueprints, Deluge functions and client scripts, integrations between Zoho apps and with systems outside Zoho, data migration, and AI agents.
Zoho's strength is breadth at a low price. Its weakness is that every app is configurable in its own way, and companies end up with a CRM set up by whoever had a free afternoon. We set it up as one system.
The Zoho work we take on.
One suite, configured as one system.
CRM configuration
Modules, fields, layouts and Blueprints designed around your sales stages, so the CRM enforces the process instead of merely recording it.
Deluge functions and client scripts
Custom logic for pricing, approvals, validation and record automation, written in Zoho's scripting language and kept in version control.
Integrations
CRM connected to Books, Desk, Inventory and Creator inside Zoho, and to payment, telephony and e-commerce systems outside it through the REST APIs.
Custom apps on Creator
Internal tools for the processes no packaged app covers, sharing data with the rest of the suite.
Migrations to Zoho
Moves from spreadsheets, another CRM or an older Zoho set-up, with history, owners and relationships preserved and counts reconciled.
Reporting
Dashboards in Zoho Analytics that pull from CRM, finance and support, agreed with the people who will read them.
Zia will use whichever model you choose. What it knows is still up to you.
Zoho's AI is unusually open about models and unusually dependent on set-up.
Built into the platform
Zoho's AI layer is Zia, and in 2026 it opened up to outside models and outside tools.
- Smart Prompts in CRM that can run on Zia or on other models, including Gemini, Claude and Cohere.
- Zia Agents and an agent studio for building agents inside the suite.
- Zoho MCP, covering CRM, Desk, Books and more, so outside AI tools can work with Zoho data.
Agents across the suite and beyond
Because Zoho holds sales, finance and support in one place, an agent there can see a whole customer. Few stacks make that this easy.
- A collections agent that reads invoices in Books and history in CRM and drafts the right follow-up.
- A lead-qualification agent that enriches, scores and routes, then books the meeting.
- A support agent grounded in Desk tickets and your policies, with hand-off when unsure.
- Tests built from your past records, run before launch and after each change.
Published prices, mapped to the job.
Every figure here is the same one on the pricing page. Nothing on this platform is quoted from a separate rate card.
A price marked “from” buys the base scope set out on the pricing page. Anything larger is quoted as a fixed price before work starts. Work with no natural end, such as ongoing development, is priced per engineer per month with no lock-in.
When Zoho is the right call, and when it is not.
- A growing company that wants CRM, finance, support and more from one vendor at a low cost per seat.
- A services or sales-led business without heavy inventory or manufacturing.
- Someone internal is willing to own the configuration after we leave.
- Stock, warehousing and manufacturing are the core of the business. Odoo is stronger there.
- You depend on a large third-party app marketplace. HubSpot and Salesforce have more.
- You need the source code or to self-host. Zoho is closed and cloud-only.
Questions Zoho teams ask
How much does Zoho development cost with Gigabit?
A Zoho CRM set-up starts at $6,000 fixed, covering the data model, pipelines, import and clean-up of existing records, core automation, dashboards and training. A migration to Zoho starts at $7,000 fixed. One scoped integration or workflow is $8,000 fixed over three weeks, and a production AI agent on Zoho data is a flat fee from $8,000. Zoho's licence fees are separate.
Zoho or Odoo?
Zoho for sales-led and service businesses that want CRM, finance and support in the cloud with little to maintain. Odoo when inventory, purchasing or manufacturing is central, or when you want the option to self-host and change the code. Zoho is the lighter one to run. Odoo goes deeper into operations.
Zoho or HubSpot?
Zoho costs much less per seat and includes finance and many other apps. HubSpot has stronger marketing tools, a larger app marketplace and is easier for non-technical teams to pick up. If marketing automation drives your pipeline, HubSpot usually justifies the price. If you want one affordable suite for the whole company, Zoho does.
Can Zia use models other than Zoho's own?
Yes. Zoho's 2026 CRM updates let Smart Prompts run on Zia or on other providers' models, including Gemini, Claude and Cohere. Which to use depends on the task and on where you are willing to send your data.
