Ecommerce/Store Care
Ecommerce website maintenance plans

Maintenance plans for online stores.

Monitoring, updates, fixes and a monthly report for your Shopify, WooCommerce or Amazon store, from a team that answers when something breaks.

The short answer

Someone should be watching your store, and fixing it when it needs fixing.

Store Care is a monthly plan. We watch the store, keep the theme, apps and plugins up to date, fix what breaks, do the small jobs you send us, and send one report a month. It replaces the freelancer you hope is free and the update you keep putting off.

Every month

One page on what happened to your store

It lands on the 5th of the month. These are its five parts.

  1. Store health

Uptime, the test checkouts we ran and whether each passed, and any incident with how long it took to fix.

  2. Changes made

Every task we did, how many of your change hours it used, and what rolls over.

  3. Speed

How fast your pages load and respond on a phone, against last month.

  4. AI shopping readiness

Whether AI shopping assistants can read your products, and the product data and feed errors we fixed.

  5. Next month

The three things we recommend doing next, with the hours each would take.

Store Care · FAQ

Store Care questions

Is this just maintenance?

No. Maintenance is half of it. The other half is monthly change hours for the small jobs every store has, and a check on whether AI shopping assistants can read and recommend your products.

Who runs Store Care?

GigaCommerce, Gigaverse's commerce team, runs it. You sign up and manage your plan, requests and reports there, and the Start buttons on this page take you straight to the right plan.

Do I need a long contract?

No. Monthly plans have a 3-month first term, then run month to month with 30 days' notice. Annual plans get two months free and the onboarding fee is waived. If you cancel within 30 days, the first payment is refunded in full.

What if the store breaks at midnight?

Urgent issues get a first response within your plan's time: 8, 4 or 2 business hours on Essentials, Growth and Scale. If we miss it, 10% of that month's fee is credited.

Do you need my passwords?

No. We use your platform's staff or collaborator access, which you can remove at any time. You own every account, theme and file.

Do you work on stores you did not build?

Yes. We start with an onboarding audit so we know the store before we touch it.

How do change hours work?

They are the hours we spend on requests you send us, logged in 15-minute steps and shown in your monthly report. Unused hours roll over for one month, up to one month's allowance. A request bigger than 4 hours gets a fixed quote instead. Fixes for problems we caused never use your hours.

Which plan should I pick?

Essentials suits a store with a small catalog that mostly runs itself. Growth suits a store that changes every week. Scale suits a larger or multi-market store that wants a dedicated manager. For Amazon or Walmart, Marketplace Care looks after the account, and the Ads version also runs your ads and A+ content.

Free store audit

Not sure which plan? Start with an audit.

We look at your store, how it shows in search and what keeps it running, and email you the first things we would fix. Free, nothing to sign.
