Bring guests back without paying an app to do it.
The guests you already have are your cheapest next order, and on your own channels no app takes a percentage. A Gigabit team builds the list with permission, writes the messages and counts what they bring in.
Few messages, to people who asked, about things that are actually happening.
Most restaurants have guests’ details somewhere and do nothing with them, or send a coupon blast when a week looks slow. Neither brings regulars back. A short welcome, a note when someone hasn’t been in, a birthday and real news do more, and most of it runs by itself once it is set up.
What is included
Use it as a checklist for what you do today, whether or not you hire us.
A list built with permission
Sign-ups at direct checkout, reservations, a table QR code and your website, with consent recorded. We don't buy lists.
Welcome messages
A thank-you right after the first order or sign-up, saying what to expect and linking your menu.
Come-back messages
A note to guests who haven't been in for a while, with a reason to return that needn't be a discount.
Birthdays
A message the week of a guest's birthday, if they told you, sent automatically.
Events and seasons
Holidays, patio season, new menus and special nights, written and scheduled ahead.
Catering season
Reminders to guests who have ordered for a group, before office parties and graduations.
Text, where it fits
Short, time-bound notes to guests who agreed in writing, with a way to stop in every message.
Counted in orders
A link or code for each message, so the monthly report says what it brought in, not how many opened it.
A coupon blast fills one Tuesday. A habit fills the year.
Running within weeks, then every month
Free audit
We look at the guest details you have, where sign-ups could happen and what you send today.
Set up
Sign-ups and consent wording, your tool connected, and welcome, come-back and birthday messages written with you.
Plan
A simple calendar around your menu changes, events and catering season.
Run
Messages written and sent, with a short monthly report on the orders and bookings they brought in.
Email works best with your own ordering in place. See online ordering without commission, or work out what delivery apps cost you with the delivery commission calculator.
Email and text marketing questions
Do we need new software?
Usually not. Your POS, ordering or reservation system may already include email and text, and it knows who ordered what. We start there, and only suggest something else if it can't do what you need.
Who owns the guest list?
You do. We check you can export it from whatever tool you use, and you keep it if you stop working with us.
Is text marketing legal for a restaurant?
Yes, with written consent first and opt-outs honored. We set up the opt-in wording and keep the consent records, but we aren't your lawyers, so take advice if you have a specific concern. Our guide explains the rules.
Will it mean constant discounts?
No. We lead with news: new dishes, events, returning favorites. Offers are for slow nights and guests who have drifted away, and we check the margin with you first.
How often will our guests hear from us?
Usually two to four emails a month at most, plus the automatic ones, and fewer texts. We watch unsubscribes and adjust.
What does it cost?
It's part of a flat monthly fee, with no per-order fees. The plan depends on your locations and what you need, so start with the free audit and we'll tell you which plan fits and what it costs.
Find out what your guest list could be doing
We look at how you show up on Google, your reviews, your website and how you bring guests back, and email you the first three things we would fix. Free, nothing to sign.
