A restaurant website built to sell a meal.

A website that answers the four things every guest wants to know, the menu, the hours, where you are and how to order or book, and then lets them do it. Built and kept up by a Gigabit team, for one flat monthly fee.

The short answer

A restaurant website has one job: turn a hungry visitor into an order or a booking.

Guests open your site on a phone, usually after finding you on Google. They want the menu and prices, today’s hours, where you are and a button to order or book. A site that answers all four in one screen and sends orders to your own ordering beats a prettier one that opens with a video and ends in a delivery app link.

The checklist

What every restaurant website needs

Use it to judge your current site, whether or not you hire us.

The menu as text, with prices

Sections, dish names, short descriptions, dietary labels and prices on a page, never only a PDF. Guests can read it on a phone, and search engines and AI assistants can match dish searches to it.

Order online, without the commission

An Order button at the top of every page that goes to your own ordering, not a delivery app. We connect the ordering you already pay for in your POS, or set one up.

Book a table in one tap

A reservation button wired to the booking system you use, or a phone number that dials when tapped. Never a contact form for reservations.

Catering and private events pages

Sample menus, minimums, capacity, photos of real events and a short inquiry form. These are your highest-value guests, and they search for exactly this.

Hours and address that match Google

In the header or first screen, identical to your Google profile, holiday hours included. A mismatch turns guests away at the door.

Fast on a phone

Compressed photos, no autoplay video on the home page, and the menu, hours and Order button visible without scrolling.

Built for search from the start

A clear title on every page, Restaurant structured data with your cuisine, hours and menu link, and alt text on food photos.

Real photos of real food

Your most-ordered dishes, the room at a busy hour and the front door, so guests know what they will get and where to go.

Restaurant website questions

Can we keep our online ordering and reservation system?

Usually, yes. Where your POS or ordering system offers a link or an embed for online orders, and your reservation system offers a booking link or widget, we build the site around them. If you have no direct ordering yet, we help you pick one, starting with what your POS already includes.

Do we own the website?

Yes. The domain stays in your name, and if you ever leave we hand over the content and photos.

Do you write the pages and take the photos?

We write the pages and the menu descriptions with you. For photos we use what you have and send a short shot list for anything missing; real photos of your dishes sell better than stock images.

How is this different from a website builder template?

A template gives you pages. We give you a menu kept current as text, ordering and reservations wired in, a Google profile set up to match, search basics done properly, and someone who keeps it all up to date as your menu, hours and events change.

What does it cost?

A flat monthly fee, with no per-order fees and no commission on orders through your site. The plan depends on your locations and what the site needs, so start with the free audit and we will tell you which plan fits and what it costs.

We are on a restaurant website platform already. Can you move us?

Yes. We move your menu, pages and photos and set up redirects from your old page addresses so you keep what search engines already know about you. Check your current platform's contract for its notice period before you switch.
