A citation audit answers one question: when your buyers ask an AI assistant for help, do you show up? We make it repeatable so the answer is a number, not an impression — and so we can run it again in ninety days and prove the number moved.

The method is mechanical. We assemble the real buying queries for your category, run them across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, and record whether you are cited, whether a competitor is cited instead, and whether the answer contains something false about you. That last category is the most urgent and the most overlooked.

Then we rank the gaps by cost-to-close. Some are a structured-content fix that ships in a week. Some need a body of authoritative material that takes a quarter. Starting with the cheap, high-impact gaps is how a citation rate climbs without a six-month content program.
