Webflow pricing in 2026 has two layers. Each site needs a site plan: Starter is free, Basic is $15 a month and Premium is $25 a month when billed yearly, or $25 and $39 billed monthly. Then each person who edits needs a seat: $39 a month for a Full seat that designs, $15 for a Limited seat that edits content, and nothing for reviewers who only comment. Team is $2,500 a month on an annual contract and Enterprise is quoted. Languages, extra bandwidth and analytics are add-ons. All figures are US dollars per site, before tax, from Webflow's pricing page, checked on 23 October 2026.
Webflow site plans in 2026
A site plan pays for hosting and unlocks features on one site. The figures below are per month.
| Plan | Billed yearly | Billed monthly | What it is for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | Free | Free | A webflow.io address, 2 static pages, 1 GB bandwidth, 50 form submissions, 50 CMS items |
| Basic | $15 | $25 | A custom domain, 300 static pages, 10 GB bandwidth, unlimited form submissions. No CMS |
| Premium | $25 | $39 | Everything in Basic plus the CMS (20,000 items in 40 collections), 50 GB bandwidth that can be raised to 2.5 TB, code components and site search |
| Team | $2,500 | Annual contract only | Premium plus 5 Full and 5 Limited seats, Localize with 2 locales, publishing workflows, page branching, priority support |
| Enterprise | Quoted | Quoted | Custom limits, SSO, custom roles, a 99.99% hosting uptime agreement |
The jump that matters for most companies is Basic to Premium. Basic has no CMS at all, so the day you want a blog, a case-study grid or a job board, you are on Premium. Starter is for building and testing; it cannot use your own domain.
What changed in 2026: goodbye CMS and Business plans
Webflow announced in its community that the old CMS and Business site plans are merged into one Premium plan, and added the Team plan for companies that have outgrown self-serve but do not need Enterprise. CMS limits went up and CMS item add-ons were removed. New purchases moved to the new plans straight away. Most existing sites move at their next renewal or billable change on or after 29 June 2026; sites in Freelancer or Agency Workspaces and sites on legacy pricing move on or after 16 November 2026. Switching to annual billing before your date keeps your current plan for one more year.
If you are reading an older guide that quotes a CMS plan or a Business plan price, it describes plans you can no longer buy.
Workspace plans and seat pricing
Every site lives in a Workspace, and the Workspace is where people and seats are billed. Every account gets a free Starter Workspace with one Full seat for the owner. Anyone else who edits needs a seat of their own.
| Seat | Billed yearly | Billed monthly | What the person can do |
|---|---|---|---|
| Full | $39 | $45 | Design whole sites and manage admin settings |
| Limited | $15 | $19 | Edit content and build pages from approved components |
| Free | $0 | $0 | Review and comment, no edit access |
Paid Workspace plans add staging capacity and collaboration controls, not seats. Core is $19 a month yearly ($28 monthly) and adds 10 staging sites, custom code on staged sites, code export and Shared Libraries. Growth is $49 yearly ($60 monthly) and adds unlimited staging, site-level roles and publishing permissions. Freelancers and agencies get their own versions: Freelancer at $16 and Agency at $35 a month yearly, with free client seats per site.
Webflow AI runs on credits pooled across the Workspace: 200 a month on Starter, 300 on Core and 400 on Growth. Another 2,000 credits a month cost $20 billed yearly or $25 monthly.
CMS items, bandwidth and the auto-upgrade rule
Premium includes 20,000 CMS items in 40 collections. The free Starter plan allows 50 items in 20 collections, enough to build a blog template and nothing more. Team keeps the 20,000-item allowance but raises collections to 100 and sells extra items for a fee. Above that you are on Enterprise.
Bandwidth is where the bill grows. Starter includes 1 GB a month, Basic 10 GB and Premium 50 GB. On Premium you can buy more in steps, for example:
| Extra bandwidth on Premium | Billed yearly | Billed monthly |
|---|---|---|
| +50 GB (100 GB total) | +$20 a month | +$30 a month |
| +150 GB (200 GB total) | +$60 | +$90 |
| +450 GB (500 GB total) | +$174 | +$260 |
| +950 GB (1 TB total) | +$374 | +$560 |
| +2.45 TB (2.5 TB total) | +$974 | +$1,460 |
Paid plans include surge protection for short spikes. The rule to plan around is in the plan table: two consecutive months over the limit triggers an automatic plan upgrade. One viral month is covered; a site that has simply grown will be moved up and billed for it. Webflow Cloud apps hosted beside the site draw on the same bandwidth pool.
Webflow Localize pricing
Translation is an add-on on Basic and Premium, priced per added locale (your primary language is free).
| Localize plan | Per locale, billed yearly | Billed monthly | Limits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | $9 | $12 | Up to 3 locales, 10,000 AI-translated words per locale a month |
| Advanced | $29 | $35 | Up to 10 locales, 50,000 words per locale a month, localized URLs, per-locale images, automatic visitor routing |
Both plans translate CMS and static content, localize SEO titles and descriptions, serve locales from subdirectories such as /es/ and add hreflang tags to the sitemap. Team includes two locales; Enterprise sets its own limit.
Webflow ecommerce pricing and transaction fees
A store needs an Ecommerce plan in place of a regular site plan.
| Ecommerce plan | Billed yearly | Billed monthly | Products | Webflow fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | $29 | $42 | 500 | 2% per transaction |
| Plus | $74 | $84 | 5,000 | 0% |
| Advanced | $212 | $235 | 15,000 | 0% |
The Webflow fee is charged on top of Stripe or PayPal processing fees. Webflow lists no cap on sales volume on any of the three. Ecommerce plans carry smaller CMS allowances than Premium (2,000 items on Standard, up to 10,000 on Plus and Advanced) and 50 to 100 GB of bandwidth.
The 2% fee decides the plan. Plus costs $45 a month more than Standard on yearly billing, and 2% of $2,250 is $45, so once a store sells more than about $2,250 a month, Plus is the cheaper plan. That is our arithmetic on Webflow's published prices.
Three worked examples
These use yearly billing and prices checked on 23 October 2026. They leave out tax, your domain and any paid apps.
A five-person marketing team with a blog
One designer owns the Workspace, a second designer builds pages, and three marketers write posts and update copy.
| Line | Per month |
|---|---|
| Premium site plan | $25 |
| Owner's Full seat | Included |
| Second Full seat | $39 |
| Three Limited seats (3 × $15) | $45 |
| Total | $109 a month, $1,308 a year |
Billed monthly the same team costs $39 + $45 + $57 = $141 a month. If the blog stays under 20,000 posts and the site under 50 GB of traffic, nothing else is required. Add Core ($19) if you want code export or a shared component library across sites.
A site in three languages
An English site translated into German and French, edited by one designer and one marketer.
| Line | Per month |
|---|---|
| Premium site plan | $25 |
| Localize Essential, 2 locales (2 × $9) | $18 |
| One Limited seat | $15 |
| Total | $58 a month, $696 a year |
If you need translated URL slugs, different images per language or automatic routing by visitor language, Advanced costs $58 for the two locales in place of $18, which brings the total to $98 a month. Machine translation is a first draft; budget for a native speaker to review it.
A small store
A shop with 200 products, run by an owner with one Limited seat for a part-time assistant.
| Line | Per month |
|---|---|
| Ecommerce Standard | $29 |
| One Limited seat | $15 |
| 2% Webflow fee on $5,000 of monthly sales | $100 |
| Total before Stripe or PayPal fees | $144 |
On Plus the same month is $74 + $15 with no Webflow fee, $89. At $5,000 a month in sales, Plus saves $55 a month. Webflow suits a store where the brand and content lead and the catalog is small. For subscriptions, wholesale, many sales channels or a large catalog, a commerce platform is the better fit; see our Shopify work.
The costs no pricing page shows
The subscription is usually the smallest number in a Webflow budget. Three others decide it.
Building the site. Design, the CMS structure, templates, forms wired into your CRM, analytics and redirects from the old site. Our Website Build starts at $6,000 fixed for up to eight page templates, from 4 weeks. A template from the Webflow marketplace is cheaper and fine for a simple site, as long as someone adjusts it to your content rather than the reverse.
Moving to Webflow. Content has to be mapped to collections, every old URL redirected and metadata carried over, or search traffic drops after launch. A platform migration with us starts at $7,000 fixed, including the redirect map, a rehearsed cutover and 30 days of monitoring.
Keeping it. Webflow runs the servers, so there are no plugin or server updates. What remains is change: new page types, custom code components, integrations and the occasional redesign. Teams without a developer either buy that as projects or keep an engineer on hand; our embedded pods are $3,000–$7,500 per engineer per month.
Leaving has a cost too. Paid Workspaces can export HTML and CSS, but Webflow's pricing page says CMS items and pages are left out of the code export (collections come out separately, one at a time), forms stop working after export and exported code cannot be imported back. Moving off Webflow later means rebuilding the CMS elsewhere.
When to pay Gigabit, and when not to
Do it yourself when the site is a handful of pages on Basic, a designer on your team already knows Webflow, or a good template covers 90% of what you need. The plan prices above are the whole cost in that case.
Bring us in when the site has a real CMS model (case studies, locations, a resource library), several languages, forms that must land in HubSpot or Salesforce, or custom code components. We build on Webflow from $6,000 and move sites onto it from $7,000. If you are still choosing a platform, read Webflow vs WordPress and Framer vs Webflow first; we build on all three and will say when Webflow is the wrong pick. For a store that has outgrown Webflow Ecommerce, a Shopify store build starts at $9,000.
Webflow changes its plans often. Check webflow.com/pricing before you sign, and count seats and bandwidth along with the site plan.
